Heyecanlı bir final akşamı yaşayan Romanya gece sonunda temsilcisini halk oyu ve juri puanlarıyla belirledi. Kazanan BALKAN KIZLARI isimli parçayla Elena Gheorghe oldu.
Bu gece 12 şarkı ülkesini Moskova’da temsil etmek için yarıştı. Blaxy Girls yüksek sayıda halk oyu almasına rağmen, juri oyları şarkıyı belirledi ve özünde balkan ezgileri bulunan şarkıyı seslendiren Elena Gheorghe de Eurovision’da Romanya’y temsil etme hakkını elde etmiş oldu.
