54. Eurovision Şarkı Yarışması’nda Türkiye’yi temsil edecek Hadise, PBS televizyonunun davetlisi olarak bulunduğu Malta’da büyük ilgiyle karşılandı.

Malta televizyonunun canlı yayınında ilk kez böyle bir olay yaşandığını anlatan yetkililer, Hadise’nin Malta’ya gelmesinin adaya renk kattığını söyledi.

Eurovision Şarkı Yarışması’nda Türkiye’yi temsil edecek Hadise, PBS televizyonunun davetlisi olarak ilk defa geldiği Malta’yı gezdi. Malta’yı Eurovision’da temsil edecek grubun belirleneceği final yarışmasına misafir olarak katılan ve canlı televizyon yayınında “Düm Tek Tek” isimli şarkısını söyleyecek sanatçı provalar sonrasında kenti gezdi. Hadise, babasıyla birlikte yanına gelen 4 yaşındaki Gaig adlı Maltalı çocukla “Düm Tek Tek” şarkısını söyleyerek dans etti. Ünlü şarkıcı, küçük çocuğun Türkçe “Ben seni çok seviyorum” demesi üzerine duygulandı.

Turkey’s national broadcaster, TRT, has opened a poll for the country to assess the Turkish entry for the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. And the results shows that people of Turkey have strong support for the song that was revealed on New Year’s night.

Turkish opposition demands to tackle Armenian to join Eurovision contest with so-called “genocide” song

Today, the Turkish broadcaster announced that Hadise may decide the lyricist, composer, arranger and the language of song which will represent the country in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest herself.

TRT officially confirms, today, through their web site that Hadise will represent Turkey in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest. The singer herself is calling all the shots by given cart blanche to choose the creators of the song as well as the language she will sing in.
